    As a pan-European association of national management organisations, it is concerned with developing and disseminating information and know-how in the practice of management

  • EMA exchanges best practice and encourages discussion and debate via joint meetings and conferences

  • EMA participates in Pan-European projects, with the support of funding from the European Commission

  • EMA develops and promotes pan-European standards of competence for managers

    Current areas of focus are:
    + the profile of the European Managers
    + new management and leadership styles
    + relationship between management performance / productivity / economic performance / corporate governance
